ELEVATOR – Above or Below Ground Level Delivery

We charge an elevator fee for any delivery that requires the use of an elevator. It is important that you confirm the rental items will fit in the elevator to avoid any issues during delivery. Please note that our team will not be held responsible if the item or items do not fit in the elevator. In addition, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee of $35 per flight of stairs if the delivery requires carrying items up a flight of stairs.
